200‑Day Warranty Policy

At iProjectorLamp, we stand behind the quality of every product we sell. This warranty reflects our commitment to your satisfaction and peace of mind.

Warranty Coverage

We warrant that all lamps sold by iProjectorLamp are free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 200 days from the date of delivery, as confirmed by the carrier's tracking information.

If a product fails to perform as specified due to a manufacturing defect during this period, we will replace it at no additional cost to you.

What This Warranty Covers

  • Defective bulb (burner) that fails to ignite or produces abnormal brightness/color

  • Premature lamp failure caused by manufacturing defects

  • Physical defects in the lamp housing or connector

What This Warranty Does Not Cover

  • Normal wear and tear or gradual decrease in brightness over time

  • Damage caused by improper installation, mishandling, or misuse

  • Damage resulting from power surges, electrical faults, or incompatible projector models

  • Lamps that have been tampered with, disassembled, or modified

  • Damage caused by touching the glass surface of the bulb with bare fingers

  • Failure due to projector overheating, poor ventilation, or dirty air filters

How to File a Warranty Claim

If you believe your lamp is defective, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us via email at [info@iprojectorlamp.com] within the 200‑day warranty period.

  2. Include the following information in your email:

    • Your order number

    • The projector model and lamp part number

    • A brief description of the issue

    • A photo or video showing the problem (if possible)

Once we receive your claim, our support team will review it and respond within 2‑3 business days with further instructions, including return authorization if applicable.

Replacement Process

If your claim is approved, we will:

  • Issue a return authorization with return instructions

  • Arrange for a replacement lamp to be shipped to you after we receive the returned defective unit (subject to inspection)

  • Cover the shipping cost of the replacement lamp

Please note that the replacement lamp will carry the remaining balance of the original 200‑day warranty period, or a minimum of 30 days, whichever is longer.

Important Reminder

Always handle your lamp with care. Never touch the glass surface of the bulb with bare fingers – natural skin oils can cause hot spots and lead to premature failure. This type of damage is not covered under warranty.
