Returns & Refund Policy

30-Day Return Window

At iProjectorLamp.com, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We accept returns on all products within 30 days from the date of delivery. This applies to both defective and non‑defective items.

Free Return Shipping

For all returns within the 30‑day window, we cover the return shipping costs at no charge to you. A prepaid return shipping label will be provided upon approval of your return request.

No Restocking Fee

We do not charge any restocking fees on returned items.

Product Condition

To be eligible for a return, items must be returned uninstalled, unused, and in original packaging where applicable. Open‑box items may be subject to a reduced refund based on condition.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our support team at info@iprojectorlamp.com. Our returns department will provide you with an RMA number and a prepaid return shipping label. Returns received without a valid RMA number will not be accepted.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Exchanges

We do not accept exchanges. If you need a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order separately.

Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged, please report it to us within 5 working days of delivery. We will open a claim with our carrier and ship a replacement at no additional cost.

Incorrect Product Supplied

If we ship the wrong item, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label and expedite the correct product to you at no charge.

1. Return Period

You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

2. General Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original condition.

  • All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included.

  • Items that have been used, damaged by the customer, or are missing parts/packaging are not eligible for a refund.

3. Who Pays for Return Shipping?

Return shipping responsibility depends on why you are returning the item.

✅ We pay for return shipping (free return label) when:

  • The item arrived damaged in transit.

  • You received the wrong item (different model, size, or color from what you ordered).

  • The product has a manufacturing defect.

👉 For any of the above situations, contact us at info@iprojectorlamp.com with photos/videos. We will provide you with a free return shipping label and issue a full refund including original shipping charges.

4. Return Process

  1. Contact us at info@iprojectorlamp.com within 30 days of receiving your item. Please include:

    • Your order number

    • The item(s) you wish to return

    • The reason for return (defect, wrong item, or change of mind)

  2. We will reply within 2 business days with return instructions and, if applicable, a free return label.

  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging.

  4. Ship the return using a trackable shipping method. If we provided a free label, simply use that label.

  5. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund.

5. Refund Method & Timing

  • Refund method – We will issue the refund directly back to your original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.). We do not refund to a store wallet unless you explicitly ask us to do so.

  • Refund timing – After we receive your return, please allow 5 business days for the refund to appear in your account. Your bank may take additional time to post the refund.

Important: Original shipping charges are non‑refundable unless the return is due to our error (damaged, wrong item, or defective product).

6. Non‑Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items that show signs of use, installation damage, or customer‑caused damage

  • Items returned without original packaging or missing parts

  • Clearance or final‑sale items (if clearly stated on the product page)
