I have not received my purchase, I made it on November 11, 2023, what happens to my shipment?

I was unsure if this would resolve my issue of white dots that looked similar to pixel burns, so I took the chance and purchased this piece. In my original chip, at a certain angle to the light I could see the white dots on the chip, so that was the deciding factor.

After a few youtube videos, I was 80% sure I could replace it myself. iprojectorlamp included a little piece of double-sided sticky foam - which I deduced goes on the heat sink - where there was no foam on my old one, so this also led me to believe the heat sink evisceerated the previous foam, and made the chip so hot that it maybe bubbled, causing those white dots! I’m not an expert, but this is my guess as to the reason for those white dots.

It was easy to install, and now I have an old 720p projector to use again for only $40 repair!
