Really?

I'm being asked to review a product I have not yet received. Order placed 12/2, it's 1/16 now 45 days later, no product. I have emailed, called, Whatapp'ed(red flag) and submitted complaints to communicate. It appears to still be in China. Honestly I very much doubt I will get it, and suspect the quality to be poor when/if I do ever get it.
